Pat O'Connor has had a few careers in her life ranging from Research Scientist for a pharmaceutical company to Vice President of Information Technology on Wall Street to her current occupation  heading up a multi-licensed company.  The Veritas Real Estate Group is a full service real estate company, a licensed mortgage broker business brokering residential, commercial and reverse mortgages, a licensed Real Estate School and a licensed Mortgage Broker School.  Pat moved to Florida in 2002 after spending twenty years in New Jersey and has spent her time in Florida learning the area and the industry.  She lives in  the Greater Fort Lauderdale area and focuses on properties in that part of Broward County.  Pat has a Master of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina and she thoroughly enjoys teaching individuals and making a difference in someone's life.

Pat is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Tamarac Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida.

She is also the author of the Florida Mortgage Broker Licensing Course which is a state-approved text book for the mortgage broker 24-hour licensing course and she wrote the Florida Mortgage Continuing Education Course which is used for her 14-hour continuing education correspondence course.
