Online Real Estate Classes

63-hour Sales Associate Pre-Licensing

Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-Licensing classes are 63 hours and we offer the course at two locations. The Coral Springs classes are available in two schedules: Sundays for 6 weeks or 2 evenings a week for 6 weeks and the Hallandale classes are Saturdays for 6 weeks or 3 evenings a week for 4 weeks. Students must pass a class exam before they are allowed to take the state exam.  Students can re-take the class exam once for no additional charge. When you pass the class exam you will be given a free state exam cram book.

45-hour Sales Associate Post-Licensing

Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Post-Licensing classes are 45 hours and we offer a 5-day course in February, March, August and September. Click here for the schedule. The fee for the course is $199. Customized schedules are available for groups of 5 or more. Sales Associates must take the course and pass a class exam before their first renewal date or their license becomes null and void.
